A year-long sanctuary for women who would like to journey alongside in a community of like-minded souls to return to rhythm, presence, and inner stillness. Monthly Theme Each month we follow a theme aligned with the natural rhythm of that time of year.Themes may include Inner Stillness, Softening the Heart, Awakening Energy, Returning Home, and more.These themes guide our practices, rituals, and teachings. Herb of the Month Each month we honour one plant ally and explore: its qualities emotional + spiritual uses simple ways to incorporate it into daily lifeA gentle way to deepen your connection with the plant world. Seasonal Rhythm Guides Every season you’ll receive a beautifully curated guide with: seasonal self-care foods + herbs emotional themes simple Ayurveda practices journaling + reflection Designed to help you live in harmony with nature’s cycles. Weekly Sacred Pause Practices Short, grounding invitations delivered each week — 5 to 10 minutes to reconnect with yourself without overwhelm or pressure.
