How to: Light your sage and surround yourself with the smoke, make sure you do each part of your body from your feet to your head. Feel the smoke drifting over you, allowing the magic of the sage to cleanse your higher self as it does. Mentally release any negativity from your energy. Negative energy can linger in your home when there is sickness, tension between those who live there and just those feelings of anxiety & dread. A cleansed and energised room after smudging will leave energy light, fresh and inviting for others who enter. Releasing the negative energy will allow you tranquillity and harmony in your life. I sage my home, office or myself I always say this little prayer “ I release negative energy that surrounds me and all fears that limit me. I fill this space And Surround myself with love”
