Our Sage Cheddar is handcrafted on our family dairy farm using the fresh raw milk from our own herd. Using a traditional Cheddar recipe, we blend aromatic dried sage into our fresh curds, resulting in a beautifully-aged, flavorful Cheddar. Fantastic baked into bread, grated over poultry, squash, or potatoes (and of course, fantastic served just with crackers)! We lab-test every single batch of cheese for safety before selling it.
