After receiving his master’s degree, he developed an independent visual language that plays with digital techniques and iconographies. For his colorful, garish image compositions, he draws on set pieces from pop culture, the internet, social media communication, and mythology. The motif of his edition Amusement Island was created as a digital painting on the computer. It was printed on a reflective vinyl sticker, which makes the background shine in different colors depending on the angle of view and incidence of light and, when viewed perfectly, reveals a rainbow on the horizon of the island motif. Sahar Zukerman hat an der Universität der Künste in Berlin Malerei studiert. Nach seinem Masterdiplom hat er eine eigenständige Bildsprache entwickelt, die mit digitalen Techniken und Ikonographien spielt. Für seine bunten, grellen Bildkompositionen greift er auf Versatzstücke der Popkulltur, der Netzwelt, der Social-Media-Kommunikation, aber auch der Mythologie zurück. Das Motiv seiner Edition „Amusement Island“ ist als digitale Malerei auf dem Computer entstanden. Gedruckt wurde es auf einem reflektierenden Vinyl-Sticker, der den Untergrund je nach Blickwinkel und Lichteinfall in verschiedenen Farben strahlen lässt und bei perfekter Betrachtung am Horizont des Insel-Motivs einen Regenbogen zum Vorschein bringt.
