A Switch Is a Common Failure on a Site Machine Air movers are switched on and off constantly, carried by the handle they are mounted near, and stacked in vans. A speed switch that has become intermittent gives you a machine that drops to a lower speed or cuts out mid-job — which on an overnight drying run means hours of airflow you thought you had and did not.
