The SAI-F01 is a fully forged small blade similar to the GSF series in the classic Global line. Being a fully forged blade the handle is quite flat as the similar SAI-S01 has a hollow handle. SAI knives feature a 3 ply stainless steel blade, with a core of ultra-hard Cromova18 stainless steel with two outer layers of 18/10 steel for added strength and corrosion resistance.
