Based in New York City’s Tribeca, Israeli-born designer Nili Lotan embodies a sharp, knowing downtown cool. Having spent decades working in the industry at esteemed labels includin g Ralph Lauren, Lotan launched her own collection in 2003. We love her flattering, low rise pants and relaxed sweaters. The Saint Tropez Silk Blouse is crafted in a relaxed silhouette with a clean, straight hem for effortless elegance. Delicate shirring at the front, back, and cuffs adds soft volume and movement, while buttoned cuffs and a subtle back keyhole detail provide refined finishing touches. 100% silk Dry clean.
