Saison Pale Rum starts with a selection of white rums, a combination of molasses and cane juice distillates from Barbados (45%), Trinidad (35%), and Jamaica (20%), and a combinatio n of column and pot distillates. It then spends 3 months in mature French oak cognac barrels on the banks of the Charente River in France.
