Foeder-fermented saison ale with spearmint and white pepper This funk-forward saison was hand-crafted just for our Hoarders. Choice barrels of saison were treated with spearmint in tribute to the classic flavors of Saison Rue, with white pepper added for a brand new twist that accentuates the peppery notes found in saisons. Cheers! 375-ml. Bottle Access Level: Hoarders, Reserve, Preservation Original Release: Small Batch Hoarders Series Edition No. 2 (2020) This beer has been cold-cellared and has gone through extensive sensory tasting and analysis in our laboratory Show more
