This four-cup sake set is perfect for classy entertaining with homemade sushi (ok stretch goal!) The carafe holds approximately 10oz of cold or hot sake (see below for warming inst ructions). The cups hold about 1.5oz each. Microwave/Dishwasher safe. Handwashing recommended to avoid small items chipping. How to Prepare Hot Sake: Microwave: heat full carafe in 30 second increments until desired temperature is reached. Do not allow to boil. Stovetop: place full carafe in a pot of cold water. Heat pot to a simmer until desired temperature is reached. Do not place cold carafe into boiling water to avoid thermal shock. Enjoy! Show more
