Sake Shortbreads - French short bread, reimagined. If you want some story-telling to impress your friend at dinner: these are traditionally called "canistrelli", they are made in C orsica (South of France, where Napoleon was born) with olive oil and white wine. To make it our own, we replace the wine with Nigori sake (it's the very cloudy, ricey one).Although they look quite simple, they taste really good. Dipped in coffee or tea?
