A crowd-pleasing, top value orange wine that would convert the most ardent sceptics. It’s produced with Grenache Blanc vines grown near Nimes, and the grapes are fermented part who le-bunch, and just a third destemmed, with the mixture spending ten days macerating on the skins before pressing and maturation in stainless steel tanks.
