2023 Fertilizer Industry Sales Compensation Benchmark Report In the spring of 2023, TFI completed a benchmark survey on sales compensation levels, practices, productivity, and the compensation cost of sale. The survey included 10 participating companies in the United States and Canada. The survey scope was limited to wholesale salespeople and related staff selling fertilizer within the crop, feed, or industrial markets.
