Inspired by the great traditional bocks, we wanted to incorporate classic amber bock colour with robust malt flavours and add a hoppy twist - the Hopplebock was born. Brewed in col laboration with Full Circle, this beer has a sweet biscuit malt backbone. The combination of Mandarina Bavaria and an experimental hop, HBC 522, produce notes of fresh melon and candied orange peel.
