There are new regulations with Salt Lamps and the cords and globes that are used. Older cord models use the 15W globes (in the blue box). Our Salt Lamps sold from around June/July 2020 onwards now take a 12W/12Volt Globe with a new cord. These globes are in an orange and black box. Therefore, if ordering a globe for the current models of salt lamps, please order a 12V globe You can tell which globe you need by the plug that is on the cord - see the picture for the 12W/12Volt globe - there is a transformer on the plug that goes into the wall. If you have any questions, please let us know via the contact page. Both globes are screw in globes, approx 4.5cm in height and 2cm in width. Both Globes look very similar out of the box.
