Truffle and Salt product This is a wonderful truffle product. The salt is a fine grey sea salt from France with Italian white truffle. It holds the flavour of the truffle well. The salt can be used on foie gras, sushi, cheese, and fish. It is a very versatile product. TartufLanghe was founded by Domenica Bertolusso and Beppe Montanaro in 1980 in the Langhe area. TartufLanghe was the first company to produce dry products with truffles to give people the opportunity to enjoy truffle when not in season. Thanks to this insight, in 1990 the first Pasta with truffle in the world was created in the TartufLanghe laboratory: Tartufissima. In the last years, Stefania and Paolo joined the company and they are bringing new ideas to the company.
