SaltStick's Fast Chews provide electrolytes. Two SaltStick electrolyte tablets provide 100 mg of sodium, 30 mg of potassium; 6 mg of magnesium, and 10 mg of calcium. The main purpose of providing electroylytes in this chewable form is help you when you are exercising in the heat.
