MCA Nashville recording artist Sam Hunt is soaring up the country charts with his current Top 15 single, “Leave the Night On” – the lead track off his Oct. 27 major label album debut, MONTEVALLO. The album was produced by Zach Crowell (Dierks Bentley, Keith Urban) and Shane McAnally (Luke Bryan, Kacey Musgraves). “This is such a personal album for me,” explains Hunt. “Each song holds truth and comes from my own life experiences. To get these songs out into the hands of the fans is both exciting and liberating.” Hunt makes his national television debut Sep. 24 performing “Leave The Night On” on NBC’s “Late Night with Seth Meyers.” The following night, Hunt kicks off the 24-market CMT ON TOUR: Up In Smoke Tour with Kip Moore and Charlie Worsham at Best Buy Theatre in New York, N.Y. CMT has also pegged Hunt for CMT Listen Up, a new music discovery platform for up-and-coming country artists. Hunt’s exclusive Nashville performance, interview, photos, and more launch Oct. 2 on CMT. While completing MONTEVALLO, Hunt has continued to gain momentum on the road and grow his fanbase. As a result of their enthusiasm, last month Hunt offered fans X2C, a four-song album preview including hit song “Leave the Night On.” The album teaser fueled the excitement surrounding Hunt and his upcoming project.
