This is to guarantee same day Custom Orders/Bulk Orders Orders placed before 12pm EST will be ready for pick up between 5pm-6pm. You will receive a email saying your order is ready for pick up. If order is placed after 12pm EST your order will be ready the following day between 5-6pm. EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS Some orders may require additional processing time if designs are not correct, order is to be custom designed, ect.
