Samegawa Grater - L size These graters are traditionally used for making a smooth paste from fresh wasabi, but we highly recommend for ginger, galangal, turmeric and garlic as well . For best results trim off all skin and grate in a firm circular motion. Made of dried sharkskin and Japanese white poplar wood. Note: Handwash, no dishwashers.
