Each sample panel is backed with heat-activated adhesive, measures 5 x 8" and is 1.8mm thick, making it ideal for hat patches. Limit one sample pack per customer. LASERING TIPS:For best results, engrave with minimal air assist to reduce char. Once you're ready to cut, turn your air back on. Remove any leftover residue using LA’s Totally Awesome or a similar cleaner. Wipe clean with a microfiber towel. PRESSING TIPS:For best results, use a dual platen heat press and a foam pad• Top Platen: 280°F• Bottom Platen: 320°F• Pressure: Medium (4–6)• Preheat Hat: Press for 10 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles• Press Time: 45 seconds Use a temperature gun to confirm your press settings, and always test on scrap hats to fine tune your pressure, or you might waste patches.
