You can do everything the same and it just doesn't always turn out! The soap is still acts and feels like our soaps (just not to our standard for full price) Common reasons for soap being a second and or sample: Used the wrong essential oil or colour for a specific batch; dropped the soap during cutting misshaped bar soap set up to quickly when mixing, therefore no time to sculpt, swirl or add botanicals to top of bar. Surplus samples we have custom made for a customer. Using all bar ends we get after cutting the slabs into bars and making a 'butt bar'.
