Riders of Authority – Samurai Command Cavalry of the Sengoku Wars Command does not always stand behind the lines. This Samurai Command Cavalry unit represents leadership in motion - officers who direct the battle from horseback, visible above the dust and chaos, carrying orders, banners, and resolve wherever the fighting is fiercest. At the centre rides the mounted commander, blade raised, armour and bearing marking him as a leader of rank and experience. Alongside him, the banner bearer carries the clan standard high, a moving rally point that keeps formations aligned even as the battle shifts. Completing the group, the signal horn rider spreads commands across the field, turning scattered clashes into coordinated action. Mounted command units were vital in fast-moving engagements, allowing leaders to react, reposition, and reinforce where needed most. This set captures that role perfectly, combining authority, mobility, and battlefield presence in a single striking group. Ideal as a command stand, scenario centrepiece, or narrative element, this unit adds both visual impact and historical flavour to any Sengoku-period force.
