Picard practices Biodynamic agriculture whenever possible. They plough to loosen the top soils and help develop micro-bacterial life. Biodiversity in the vineyards is encouraged through the planting of cover crops, rigorous plowing of the soils and the use of natural compost to fertilize the vines. To put it simply, they really care – they want to make the best wine they possibly can and this is clear in the quality of the juice. It is absolutely divine!Pale gold in colour the wine opens with bright aromatic notes of exotic fruits and citrus with subtle hints of minerality and orange blossom. On the palate the wine is bright, balanced and crisp.
