Trinqu'ames is crafted from 40 year old vines that are hand harvested and wild fermented in concrete and fiberglass tanks. Matured on the lees for 4 months. Coralie and Damien Dele cheneau are organic and biodynamic farmers from Amboise in the Loire Valley who produce incredible, wild fermented wines utilizing neutral oak, cement and clay vessels. No fining or filtration, and little to no sulfur only being utilized at bottling.
