Think raw linen left out in the sun, or the pale plaster walls of a house that's weathered a few decades gracefully — warm without trying, quiet without going cold. Ecru sits a half-step warmer than Blanca and a half-step cooler than Beige, the middle ground of our neutral family. Up close, each tile drifts from bone to a faint sand tone, with small flecks of raw clay surfacing through the glaze here and there, a natural mark of the hand-glazing process. Mounted on mesh sheets for a straightforward, clean installation, Ecru 2×2 reads as a cleaner, more architectural grid than the 1×1 — suited to kitchen backsplashes, powder rooms, hammam-style showers, and fireplace surrounds where the wall itself should hold presence. It pairs beautifully with unlacquered brass, white oak, and lime plaster. Each sheet covers one square foot.
