An extremely good value and versatile matcha produced by 5th generation tea maker Tetsuya Imanishi of Imanishi Seicha. An usucha grade matcha that possesses a character rich enough to shine through milk, this Samidori matcha from Wazuka, Uji showcases a complex profile of vibrant lush grass and pine with a pleasing, rich texture and lingering sweet finish. Its surprisingly very low in bitterness, with an excellent chewy tannin that would work great with milk. This matcha represents incredible value and versatility, one to be enjoyed usucha, iced or with milk. A very good quality everyday matcha.
