It has randomly placed piles of sand on its head as it has burrowed its way from underneath upwards. With sand exploding from behind the creature, you can see just how much power it holds with its movement. The exterior of its double-walled packaging shows a vast desert, with a Sandworm making its way from below the sand and all of the waves of movement it creates while doing so. The interior is a green background with a symbol of the House of Atreides.
