Sandy Gray Artisan Small Batch Gin is distilled in the classic London dry style. The botanicals are macerated in premium spirit and the gin is produced in one distillation process. Juniper and Lime is upfront with Pepperberry, Cardamom and Cassia prominent in the middle. The long palate finishes with a subtle and delicate hint of anise.
