Hold up an 18 inch white silk and tell the children they are going to help you color a picture on it, but markers and crayons get all over your nice white gloves and Mrs. Claus doe sn't like that!!! You hand each one child the 18 inch silk and 4 others smaller silks of different colors. Have the one with the large silk place it in your change bag and have the others follow suite. While you sing a song i.e. "Here comes Santa Claus" The silks magically color a picture of you right in the bag!!!
