Use a soft, clean cloth (one that won't bleed color) or a sponge. Rinse thoroughly until all soap residue is removed. After cleaning, dry the surface completely with a clean cloth to prevent water spots. Tips Use coasters to prevent stains, scratches, and etch marks. Wipe up all spills immediately to avoid staining or etching the stone surface. Avoid using abrasive or acid-based products. It is advisable to clean the furniture periodically and always before storing it. If the furniture is exposed to saltwater, rinse it weekly to remove any salt residue. While highly resistant to rust, powder coated aluminum may experience oxidation if the coating is scratched or damaged. Furniture exposed to high salt levels in coastal areas, water with elevated pH levels, or garden pesticides can suffer finish damage if not regularly maintained. Darker finishes absorb more UV rays than lighter ones, resulting in warmth when touched, potentially accelerating fading if left uncovered.
