The coffee is named after the port through which these coffees are traditionally shipped. Brazil Santos coffee is a blend of high-quality Arabica beans coming mostly from South Minas and Alta Mogiana regions. The Santos coffee beans are hand-picked and dry processed, which involves removing the beans from the cherries once dried. This method allows the sweetness of the fruit to carry through to the cup.
