The backstamp confirms this is an antique Longwy France piece — the crowned shield mark with "Longwy France" dates this plate to approximately 1880–1910. It is decorated in a richl y layered polychrome chinoiserie design — a central medallion with a pagoda landscape scene in soft greens and ochres, surrounded by an elaborate border of pink cabbage roses, russet scrollwork, and gilt arabesques on a cream ground.
