Saucisson by our mates at LP's Quality Meats. LP's produce some of the finest quality smallgoods in Sydney. You will find me at their Carriageworks stall every Saturday. Free range Australian pork shoulder, jewels of fat and punchy black peppercorns. The natural mould is reminiscent of a camembert, so you might find your first bite has familiar, cheesy notes.
