You get HANDS ON experience in this newly revamped class AND you get to take home all the delicious sausage you make that day too. Supplies included in the class: 5.5lb ground meat (pork or beef) Casing (Natural Hog or Beef Collagen) Your choice of Fresh Sausage spice kit Teaching literature for you to take home Packaging supplies for you to wrap up your sausages So, gather up a few friends, wrangle up your family, and book your table today!
