Made in La Seca, one of the key villages of D.O. Rueda, this wine shows how well Sauvignon Blanc can work in the same high-altitude, stony landscape better known for Verdejo. The wine is all about freshness and lift: citrus, herbs, floral notes, tomato leaf, and a subtle tropical edge. It is crisp and lively, but not thin. Aromatic, but not loud. Dry, refreshing, and immediately useful at the table. Wine Term: Sauvignon Blanc in RuedaRueda is best known for Verdejo, but Sauvignon Blanc has also found a strong home here. In La Seca, the vineyards sit around 750–800 meters above sea level, with limestone clay soils layered with sandy clay and pebbles.
