This Cinsault-based blend, with 25% Grenache and 17% Syrah, opens with a beautiful bouquet of bright red cherry, raspberry and fig, all dusted by hints of sweet spice and fresh, mi nty fynbos. The medium-weight palate boasts fine tannins and a silky texture, with nuanced layers of earthy spice, tilled soil and tea that dance deftly on the finish. Fresh and pure, with a polished beam of cherry and plum preserve flavors gliding through, laced with light anise and sweet spice accents on the modestly juicy finish. Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault.
