The recommended paper is 120lb Ultra White Eggshell. The higher the paper "weight," the thicker it is. Custom purchases are nonrefundable. Envelopes must be purchased separately within the same order if you'd like them at the same time. The Flat Card Design process includes up to three rounds of design, with the finished product being one (1) final Design for a printed Flat Card. Only designs created by Sassy Banana Design Co. may be used. Options like die-cut shapes, adding ribbons and wax seals are extra. Please contact me if you're interested in those additions. Process Once you purchase your Design and Print options, please complete the Flat Card Design Questionnaire. Initial Designs will be emailed for your review within 2 weeks, beginning a collaborative process to finalize the Design for print. Please be kind. It's an honor and privilege to create for you. My work is my love language to the collective. Honest feedback is super helpful and received with gratitude. Please rest assured that I will strive to meet your vision and goals. I love you and I am here to help. After your feedback is received on my end, there is usually 1-2 weeks between rounds of design to allow time for revisions. Once the Design is approved, the Design cannot be changed. In order to send the Design into production for print, it must be approved by you through email.The full Design and Print process is usually about a month or two. Designs may not be reproduced, edited or repurposed without written permission from Sassy Banana Design Co. Absolutely no AI may be used in any part of the design process.
