Percale sheets are a stronger weave, otherwise described as a commercial or complex weave. Percale weave means less stretching, so your sheets sit flat and there is less fiber loss when laundered, which means your sheets will last much longer. Our hotel sheets use a much thicker heavier thread than retail sheets, 140 GSM (grams per square metre), we don’t use superfine threads because they have a much shorter life span and tend to pill with regular laundering. Our thick heavy threads have a much higher absorbency, making them excellent for hot and humid climates. They also breath well making them a cool sheet in hot weather. These sheets feel soft and luxurious against the skin, which is why we can sell them to 5 star properties Australia wide. Our sheets do not come in fancy packaging, they are packed raw.
