A balanced palate; dry with white spice, and a full finish.Ageing/Vinification: Fermentation with selected yeasts with 2-3 months ageing in stainless steel followed by one month refining in bottle before release.Vineyard: 18h in the Ciro DOC region with an elevation averaging 100m to 150m above sea level.
