At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is racked and left in stainless steel tanks for at least 3/4 months. After bottling, the wine refines for a month before being put up for sale.Vineyard: 18h in the Ciro DOC region with an elevation averaging 100m to 150m above sea level. The vines have south/south east exposure and are cultivated in espalier on the hinterland plains and hills, on argillaceous and sandy soil.
