Our Scan to BIM service handles everything from on-site lase r scan capture through to a finished as-built Revit model — forming a reliable digital base for your project. (Models will be complete to BIM Forum LOD 200 Standard unless requested otherwise — See Level of Development (LOD) Specification – BIM Forum) Models will be completed to an as-built level and will include: Floors Walls Roof Doors Windows Simple bathroom and kitchen elements Perfect for architects, engineers, and contractors working on existing buildings — this service eliminates manual re-measurement and provides a dependable digital base for design, coordination, and documentation.
