The chemise top can be worn on ~ or ~ off the shoulders. The 120 circumference skirt has an elastic waist and is 42" long. Pictured over a full crinoline (not included).The Scandalous Add-A-Bustle matches the Victorian patterned corset. The bustle will simply tie onto your waistline by a drawstring.
