After one reschedule and late fee a full payment for the next session must be done before booking another session When you have scheduled an appointment and circumstances change and thereβs no communication 30 minutes prior to the appointment and after 10 minutes waiting within the session your session is documented as a no show. Reoccurring, no-shows late cancellation After two consecutive no-show late cancellations is considered a recurrent issue If no-shows and late cancellation continue to occur Wellness , Professional may require client book sessions upon Request Only &charge full session rate (Not Late or No Show Rate)for DEW session Times Slot. The charge is to compensate the DEW session clinician/service provider. Client will loose their slot and payment And will not incur a late fee. We Recognizing Your Commitment to your Wellness DEW Session ON US Incentivizing the commitment to the wellness journey of six months membership allows for 1 additional wellness session on Us.
