It’s a theropo d carnivorous dinosaur and a member of the Abelisauridae family of dinosaurs, that seem to have colonised the southern continents. The horns were probably used in mating rituals and would have been covered in keratin and longer than on the fossil. The arms are the shortest of any carnivorous dinosaur and were vestigial in life with immoveable fingers. Hand painted and highly detailed. Made of durable vinyl.
