According to EU law, Steinhäger may only be distilled and manufactured in Steinhagen. Only selected juniper berries are fermented and distilled. Fine grain distillate is produced i n a separate firing process. Juniper lutter and grain fine distillate are carefully distilled again in large stills. This Steinhäger distillate is reduced to drinking strength with water from our own well, filtered and stored until bottling. Show more
