Schnecken, German for "snails", are the original sticky bun, and ours have been on the menu since day one. We make them with a signature sour cream dough, swirled with cinnamon and topped with maple syrup, chopped pecans, and raisins. The result is exactly what it should be: soft, sticky, and impossible to stop at one. Handcrafted from our original recipe using the finest ingredients.
