Made for overlapping toes, where one toe sits over its neighbour and the pressure between them becomes the problem. The spreader holds them in a more comfortable position and cushi ons the contact point. Clear and discreet, so it is not obvious in an open shoe, and one size rather than a sizing decision to get wrong. Soft gel, so it is comfortable enough to wear for a full day rather than something you put on and take straight off. Washable and reusable. If a toe deformity is progressing, that is worth a podiatrist's opinion. Show more
