Classes follow a three-level pathway:🌲 Pine (Beginner) – Establishing strong foundational skills with focus on balance, strength, and safe movement.🌳 Oak (Intermediate) – Refining skills, increasing strength and flexibility, and introducing more complex combinations.🌲 Cedar (Advanced) – Mastering advanced skills with strength, flexibility, and poise, preparing for higher-level gymnastics. All levels are included within each class, and students progress at their own pace based on individual ability and readiness. Our coaches provide tailored instruction and challenges to ensure every gymnast is supported and engaged—whether they’re just getting started or confidently flipping across the floor. We offer two age-based classes: Primary (Ages 5–8) Junior (Ages 7–10) Both classes follow the same level structure (Pine, Oak, Cedar); the age split simply helps us match activities and pace to different stages of development. With a focus on strong technique, creative movement, and a positive environment, these classes encourage kids to take pride in their progress while having a great time.
