Our classes teach you how to taste, temper and make your own delicious ganache, chocolate bars and truffles. We also have classes that explore the history and sustainability of this wondrous food otherwise known as 'Theobroma Cacao' or 'food of the gods'. When making chocolate, there's also a surprising amount of washing up to do but don't worry about that...we'll take care of it. Details on each of our classes and how to book can be found below. Bar Making & Packaging Watch, join in and learn how to make a chocolate bar. Add ingredients from our kitchen and then wrap your creation in a design of your own making. Leave with a delicious chocolate bar to enjoy at home or during the journey back.
